Alex Skipp - T1 - STRINGS.
Trainer Team Leader.
Alex Skipp aka 'Strings,' calls The Garden of F3 SE UK his home. Present at the inaugural Garden BD nearly 3 years ago, having over 400 posts to his name. Alex swiftly moved to a position of regional responsibility and became the UK's very first Weasel Shaker, before serving as co-AOQ at the Garden. After impacting and guiding many FNG's through to Q status he joined the Freedom Ops team mid 2024.
His first role as Trainer Apprentice was Huntsville, Alabama for GTE 51, the final event under the Growruck banner. This was followed up as T1 for GTE 55 in Guildford, UK.
Alex has a passion for helping men realise their potential, boosting fellow pax confidence and self esteem with his larger than life personality. To purposely make men better at home, better in their communities and better in themselves.
Dan Winfield - T2 - WALTER.
Dan ‘Walter’ Winfield found F3 at the launch of the UK's 3rd AO, The Garden, in January 2022. He was F3 UK's very first 2nd FQ, immediately planning fellowship and 2nd F events, which significantly assisted in the UK's early growth.
Starting as co-AOQ at The Garden before being driven by the mission and taking a leap of faith, he planted flags at SE UK's first out of county AO, The Office. The way this AO has grown and spun off is testament to Dan's commitment, drive and belief that everyman needs F3 in their life.
His driving motivation is to lay the next 43 feet of road and keep accelerating the mission. Walter was under the log at GTE 42 - The Hills in Guildford England. Keen to keep planting flags, he joined the Freedom Op's team at GTE 55 - The Fortress as a trainer Apprentice and is now a fully qualified trainer, keen to further regional growth.
Walter is passionate about embracing toughness today to find fortitude tomorrow. In or out of the gloom, Walter pursues developing a deep understanding of leadership, both of himself and of teams working towards a place of advantage; picking pax up and helping them become more than they ever imagined.
In down-time, you'll usually find him fettling a rusty car in the garage or travelling to adventures which broaden the mind.
