Participants in this endurance event acknowledge the inherent risks involved in such activities, including but not limited to physical exertion, adverse weather conditions and terrain hazards. 

By registering for and participating in this event, individuals agree to release the organisers from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss sustained during or as a result of their involvement. 

Participants are advised to ensure they are medically fit to undertake the event and to take appropriate precautions to mitigate risks.

No refund policy. However deferal or transfers are possible up until the date of the event.
