LC48 003 UK edition

The 48 hour Cadre Academy course from 2021 which trained, evaluated and qualified F3 Nation's first eleven non-military cadre event leaders has been upgraded and renamed as Leader Course Forty-Eight (LC48). The course, as the name suggests, is forty-eight hours in length and is open to all men, (must meet physical fitness requirements, for safety purposes). Completion of this course means the graduate is Cadre and/or Trainer qualified for leading Freedom Ops events. Select graduates may have an opportunity to join the Freedom Ops Team, as positions become available. Recognizing not all LC48 participants want to join the Team, graduates will be equipped with the skills, knowledge and experience to plan and lead whatever CSAUP he may dream up.

LC48 Class 003 will occur in conjunction with UK  Valor 001/GTE-GRE 003 on the weeekend of November 14-16th 2025.

LC48 candidates will be locked into Freedom Ops Cadre-supervised training and classes from Friday at 6am through Sunday at 12pm. The first half of the course will be primarily physical, the second half primarily academic, with a must-pass evaluation during the Culminating Exercise (CULEX).

The LC48 CULEX will be in a live GTE training 

environment. During the overnight Crucible Ruck phase, the Valor/GT-RE candidates will be under the supervision and evaluation of Freedom Ops' veteran Cadre team.

Participants are required to telephonically check-in from the UK, NLT 2300 hrs on Thursday 13th Nov 2025. Lodging on Thursday night will be at your own expense, and it is recommended that the class rest overnight (RON) at the same location. Lodging on Friday and Saturday (15 and 16 Nov) will be provided by Freedom Ops. Additionally, all meals will be provided by Freedom Ops. 

Upon registration, a packing list will be provided, and you will be assigned to the class and introduced to your Class Leader. Class Leader duties will rotate every week. There will be several mandatory briefings (virtual), prior to the course. (Dates to be published). There will be a mandatory operations order (OPORD) call on 30th October 25.
